What is your turnaround time?

Typically, the turnaround time to receive your first draft is 10 business days. However, expedited services are available for an additional fee.

What is your resume writing process?

Miss Write on Time’s resume writing process is unique. It is what sets her apart from others and is the reason that her clients are wildly successful. The process is detailed and collaborative. Every revision begins with a reformatting of your current resume. The first draft is sent via Microsoft Word and from there you will see a series of personalized questions and comments that enable you to explain more about your experiences, skill set and achievements. Once you respond to the questions and comments, the draft will be fully revised

What is the average cost of a full resume revision

The total cost for a full revision depends on a number of factors, including your professional level and the current state of your resume. The range for a full revision is between $175 to $575. Upon submission of your current resume, you will be provided with an individualized quote. For perspective: 

Entry-level professionals (0-5 years of experience) - $175 to $250

Mid-level professionals (5-10 years of experience) - $250 to $375

Senior-level professionals (10+ years experience) - $350 to $575 

Can you help me if I have never had a resume? 

Yes, of course. Our process is collaborative, so we will provide you with an opportunity to give us the details of your professional and academic history. 

How do I pay for services? 

All payments are processed via email. After you decide which service(s) that you would like to proceed with, you will receive an invoice via email.

What is your refund policy?

We offer unlimited drafts and revisions as we work with you throughout the revision period until you are satisfied with your resume. As a result, there are no refunds once the resume writing service has been performed and the first draft has been received.

Do you assist with federal resumes?

Yes, MWOT is skilled at writing traditional resumes and federal resumes for veterans or clients looking to transition to the federal government. 

How will my documents be delivered to me? 

Your document(s) will be e-mailed to you in Word and PDF formats.
